Shayna FitzGerald is a competitive strongwoman, having placed 3rd in the Women LW division at the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Nationals and recently placed 2nd at the 2008 NAS Nationals. Shayna also currently holds the NAS record for the LW Womens 18" deadlift (365lbs) , 12" Log press for reps (120 lbs for 6 reps) and Deadlift (335 lbs). She is a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, certified neuromuscular therapist, licensed aesthetician, and certified personal trainer. She has been featured in Worcester Magazine, Telegram and Gazette and the Landmark. Shayna is a member of NASS, ISSA and NASM.
